The location is stunning, surrounded by lush jungle and a beautiful pool. The cabins provide a cozy stay with hammocks for relaxation. However, we encountered issues with smoking near the pool, which affected our comfort, and the restaurant's limited hours necessitated taxi rides for dinner options. Overall, it's a great spot for nature lovers and families, but some improvements are needed in smoking policies.

Ope, the lush gardens around the hotel were somethin’ special—sittin’ by the pool, watchin’ the little loros fly by, was a real treat. The staff were super helpful, lettin’ us use the pool even after checkout. Just wish they had more folks servin’ drinks by the poolside!

The pool setting stands out, providing a great space to relax after a long day of exploring. The accommodations include porches with hammocks, perfect for lounging and enjoying the jungle ambiance.
The rooms feel outdated and need maintenance, with signs of wear like holes in walls and poor water pressure in the showers. The dining experience disappoints. the restaurant food lacks quality and variety, and some guests have reported unwelcoming service during breakfast hours. Additionally, security seems lacking, as guests experienced intrusions due to doors that didn't lock properly, which is concerning for safety.

great amenities , but some minor issues
The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our Junior Suite had a beautiful balcony with a hot tub, which added a lovely touch to our experience. The complex features various tropical plants and Big Ara parrots, enhancing the natural beauty of the atmosphere. I enjoyed the peaceful view of the garden from my room, providing a nice escape.
Some noise from nearby units could occasionally disrupt tranquility.

I really enjoyed my stay with the spacious room and the fantastic rainforest shower that made every shower feel like a mini-vacation. The swimming pool was a great spot to chill after a day of exploring, and I loved lounging under the sun terrace. The only little downside was a slightly noisy air conditioning unit, but that didn’t take away from my overall great experience! 🌴
